Repairs
During the intake process we assess your piece(s), record a description, photograph your item(s), and email you a photo receipt of the jewellery we have received. We'll follow up with a written quote and summary of the work that will be undertaken. Your jewellery will be insured while in our possession. Completion timelines will vary depending on the scope of the project. We will contact you when your items are ready for pick up.
Your jewellery will be handled with great care by our experienced and highly skilled team. No repair, however, is fully without risk. Precious gemstones, in particular, can be vulnerable to damage during the repair/refurbishment process. As such, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any such occurence. We will, however, discuss any risks with you and endeavour to repair or replace any damaged gemstones whenever possible at an at-cost basis to you.
Warranty
We offer complimentary maintenance checks and cleaning for all pieces purchased from us. Diamonds and gemstones 0.10 carat or smaller will be replaced at no charge within six months of purchase, provided there are no signs of damage. We'll also repair any manufacturing defects presented within six months of purchase if there are no signs of damage.
We offer one complimentary resizing within 6 months of purchase on most of our rings. If the ring cannot be re-sized due to the design, there will be a charge to remake it. Exceptions are sterling silver rings—these will need to be quoted to size and/or to re-make.
