We carry out all repairs and maintenance on pieces originally purchased from or crafted by Anvil Jewellery. We do not accept repairs on jewellery purchased elsewhere.

Warranty

We offer complimentary maintenance checks and cleaning for all pieces purchased from us. Diamonds and gemstones 0.10 carat or smaller will be replaced at no charge within six months of purchase, provided there are no signs of damage. We'll also repair any manufacturing defects presented within six months of purchase if there are no signs of damage.

Do you repair jewellery that wasn't purchased from Anvil?

No. We do not accept repairs on jewellery purchased elsewhere. Repairs are offered exclusively on pieces originally purchased from or crafted by Anvil Jewellery.

What repairs do you carry out on Anvil pieces?

We handle all maintenance on our own pieces, from resizing, cleaning, and polishing to routine checks and fittings. Book a short appointment to drop off your piece and we will confirm the work and timeline with you.

Is there a charge for repairs?

Maintenance checks and cleaning are complimentary for all pieces purchased from Anvil Jewellery. Small stone replacement and manufacturing defects are covered within six months of purchase, where there are no signs of damage. Any work outside those terms is quoted before we begin.

What are my options if my piece wasn't bought from Anvil?

While we cannot repair it, we do work with jewellery from elsewhere as part of a custom redesign, and we can assess existing gold and gemstones for reuse. Book a consultation and we will talk through what is possible.
