We've extended our exchange period for the holiday season. Items purchased in-store after December 10th, 2025 can be exchanged for equal or greater value until January 15th, 2026.
At the moment, all purchases made online are considered final sale.
Below are the details of our returns and exchange policy for purchases made in store:

In-Stock Inventory: Items from our in-stock collection may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for pieces of equal or greater value. If exchanging for a higher-value item, the customer is responsible for paying the difference in price.

Condition Requirements: To qualify for an exchange, all items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including any packaging, tags, or certificates that were provided at the time of purchase.

Exclusions:
- Custom Orders: As custom pieces are tailored specifically for you, we are unable to accept exchanges for these items.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be exchanged.
- Redesigned Pieces: Pieces that have been modified or redesigned after the original purchase are not eligible for exchange.
