Schedule a private consultation with Anvil Jewellery and receive expert one-on-one guidance from our experienced team. Our appointments typically last 45-60 minutes, giving you dedicated time to explore options and ask questions.
Whether you're designing a custom engagement ring, creating bespoke wedding bands, or repurposing heirloom gold and gemstones, we guide you through every step of the design process. We work with newly sourced materials or transform your existing precious metals and stones. Our expertise includes platinum or gold of all colours and karats.
You can also schedule an appointment for any of our in-store services, including item pickup and drop-off, repairs on pieces purchased from Anvil, gold assessments, cleaning, maintenance, and fittings. We also have appointments available to browse our in-store, ready-to-buy collection.
All of our pieces are handcrafted in our Toronto studio.
What to Expect
1. Personalized Consultation
Your vision guides the process. In a relaxed one-on-one, we'll talk through your style, preferred metals (yellow, white, or rose gold, or platinum), stones, and the details that matter to you. Whether you're designing a custom piece, choosing an engagement ring, or repurposing heirlooms, we'll walk you through our approach and answer every question.
2. Quote & Materials
Once your design concept is finalized, we provide a detailed quote covering materials and craftsmanship. We source ethically obtained metals and stones, or assess your existing gold for reuse, an eco-conscious choice valued by many of our clients.
3. Stone Selection & Deposit
For engagement rings, we curate a selection of ethically obtained diamonds and gemstones based on your budget and preferences. You'll examine each stone, review its grading details, and once you've made your choice, a 50% non-refundable deposit secures it for your design.
4. CAD Rendering & Refinement
For intricate designs and engagement rings with specific stone dimensions, we create precise CAD renderings for your review. You'll refine every detail before we start crafting, so the finished piece is exactly what you envisioned.
5. In-House Handcrafting
Our Toronto team meticulously handcrafts your piece, casting and polishing the metal, setting stones, and refining every detail. Ethically sourced, locally made, and never outsourced. You'll receive progress updates throughout.
6. Final Inspection & Pickup
At pickup, your finished piece is ready to wear. Engagement rings include a certified appraisal and one complimentary resizing within six months. Annual maintenance checks and cleanings are included so your piece stays flawless for years to come.
