Your custom design begins with a one-on-one consultation to explore your style. We'll discuss metal choices (yellow gold, white gold, rose gold, or platinum), stone options, and the unique details that make your rings truly yours. We'll guide you through our process and answer any questions you may have. You'll have the chance to try on sample bands to find the perfect fit, metal finish, and profile for your style.
2. Quote & Material Selection
Once we finalize your metal choice and design concept, we provide a detailed quote covering materials and craftsmanship. For engagement rings, stones are priced separately, giving you flexibility to explore different diamond or gemstone options. For wedding bands, we begin to source metals and stones or assess existing materials for reuse, an eco-conscious choice valued by many of our clients.
3. Ring Stone Selection & Deposit
For engagement rings, we source a curated selection of ethically obtained diamonds or gemstones based on your budget and preferences. You'll have the opportunity to examine each stone and review its grading details. Once you've made your choice, a 50% non-refundable deposit secures it for your custom design.
4. CAD Renderings & Refinement
We create detailed CAD renderings tailored to your design. This is especially important for engagement rings with specific stone dimensions or intricate wedding bands that must fit flush with existing rings. You'll be invited to review and refine the details before we proceed with crafting. Men's wedding bands without stones typically don't require this step.
5. In-House Handcrafting
With your approval, our in-house Toronto team meticulously handcrafts your rings, casting and polishing the metal, setting stones, and refining every detail to perfection. Ethically sourced and locally made, every piece reflects our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. You'll receive progress updates throughout the process.
6. Final Inspection & Pickup
At pickup, you'll receive your finished rings along with a certified appraisal (for engagement rings). We include one complimentary resizing and offer ongoing maintenance checks and cleanings to keep your engagement ring and wedding bands looking flawless for years to come.
